Where can I purchase your work?
Work can be purchased via this website or in person at vendor fairs. Check the Upcoming Events tab for up-to-date information
How often do you update your stock?
I periodically update this site when larger batches are completed. I will announce site updates on my Instagram (@laguardiaclayworks), Facebook, and via email to subscribers.
What are your shipping policies?
Ready-to-ship works: Pieces typically ship out 3-5 business days after payment has cleared
Made-to-order items: Since this is a one-person business, please allow for 4-6 weeks for a MtO item to be made. Once it is finished, it will ship in 3-5 business days.
International Shipping: At this time I do not offer international shipping. Check back frequently, as things may change.
Do you offer shipping discounts?
Free Local Pickup: The shipping fee will be waived for local pickup. Select this option at the end of checkout. Use discount code LOCALPICKUP if the tab isn’t showing
Preferred pickup is available at LM Cases in Austintown, OH, or at another location if needed. Email me at Marisa@MarisaLaGuardia.com to coordinate times
Do you offer refunds?
At this time, I do not offer refunds. Please check back in the future as this feature will likely change.
Do you offer wholesale, trade discounts, or custom orders?
I treat wholesale, trade discounts, and customs on a case-by-case basis. All custom orders regardless of price require a 50% deposit to begin production. Please email me at Marisa@MarisaLaGuardia.com with inquiries
How do I care for the work?
Each piece is microwave and dishwasher-safe. In order to extend the life of the work, handwashing is recommended. Some dishwasher detergents are quite abrasive and can erode the glaze over time.
Anything else I should know?
Please note that each item is unique and handmade. Because of this, some inconsistencies may occur.
